LAN/WAN & VPN knowledge and working experience.

Job Responsibilities
Design and implementation of Firewall/Antivirus policies
Back-up policies implementation for Server/Laptop & Desktop
Laptop/Desktop Management (Windows/Office & others software installation, troubleshooting and rectification of problems)
LAN/WAN & VPN design and maintenance for TCM,TPPL and Head office to minimize the breakdown time
CCTV Installation/ Monitoring (Design site Diagram) with the help of an existing vendor who is already maintaining the same.
Monitoring/trouble shootings of Internet Leased Line with the help of ISPs for smooth functioning.
Bandwidth and security management through FireWall & Antivirus.
System Administration & Fault Management
Handling EPABX troubleshooting with the help of a service provider.
Responsible for helping users in plants (TCM/TPPL) for regular Backups as per backup policy.
