State Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, and monitor technical programs and activities across the state

- Lead and mentor district-level technical teams and field engineers

- Ensure compliance with technical guidelines, SOPs, and quality benchmarks

- Collaborate with state government officials, departments, and partner organizations

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions for on-ground teams

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives

- Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements

- Manage resources, tools, and logistics required for technical operations

- Stay updated with latest technologies,



standards, and industry trends

- Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes in alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/IT) or relevant technical field

- 5–8 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in government or development sector

- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data reporting

- Willingness to travel extensively within the state
