Job Description:

Location : Mumbai/ Surat/ Rajkot/ Udaipur/ Jaipur / Kolhapur/ Bikaner

Roles & Responsibilities:

- We Preferred candidates from building material Industries especially from Construction chemicals like Tile Adhesive, Sanitary ware and Ceramic Industries only.
- We Prefer candidates who are not frequently changing jobs and working with his current Industries from the last 2 to 5 years or more than that.
- Also note for ASM the age limit for the candidate is up to 45 maximum.
- Drive sales and market expansion for construction adhesives in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.




- Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.

Strong experience in construction materials sales and territory management required.
