Company Description IOS Relocations a 30+ year organization is looking for a Head of Branch Operations to lead and unify our operations across all three regions. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to Head of Operations owning strategy, execution, and P&L-level; accountability across geographies. The role involves leading and scaling our end-to-end relocation service delivery from move planning to execution and client handover.

Key Responsibilities
Drive daily operations across Bangalore and south locations
Drive Operational excellence and process governance
Build and manage vendor/partner network (movers, packers, customs, agents)
Own SLAs, service quality, and client satisfaction end-to-end
Lead and mentor the operations team; set processes & KPIs
Manage operational budgets, cost control, and vendor negotiations
Partner with sales/CS teams to ensure a smooth pre- to post-move experience




Identify process gaps and drive systems/automation for scale

Qualifications
• 10 - 14 years in operations, with relocation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience (relocation industry strongly preferred)
• Proven experience managing teams and vendor networks
• Solid process orientation, comfortable building SOPs from scratch
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication
• Data-driven decision-making; comfortable owning P&L-linked; metrics
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
