EnerTech UPS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage business development activities within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in UPS, Solar Inverter, and Battery Charger sales, with excellent customer relationship and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales of UPS, Solar Inverter, and Battery Charger solutions within the assigned region.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate pricing in consultation with the Business Manager.
Identify potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide technical product solutions.
Develop new business opportunities through planned sales visits and customer engagement.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Contribute to team objectives and support business growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
B.E.
in Electrical or Electronics (Preferred) / Any Graduate.
Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
Relevant experience in technical product configuration or technology-related sales.
Experience
4–8 years of experience in UPS, Solar Inverter, or Battery Charger sales.
Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle.
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Hands-on problem-solving ability with creative thinking.
Team player with the ability to adapt to a competitive market.
Knowledge of the latest industry technologies and market trends.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
