We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Outbound Sales Executive with experience in international B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and generating qualified leads that convert into booked meetings.

This role is focused on building a strong outbound pipeline. Experience beyond meeting booking, such as handling discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures, will be considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Identify and research Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for different campaigns.
Engage with decision-makers and book qualified sales meetings.
Pitch IT services and digital solutions, including Website Development, Mobile App Development,



UI/UX Design, SEO, Performance Marketing, and AI-powered solutions.
Maintain CRM hygiene and keep the sales pipeline updated.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Achieve outbound activity and meeting booking targets while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales.
Must have experience managing the outbound sales process from lead generation to booking qualified meetings.
Experience selling to international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East, etc.) is mandatory.
Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Hands-on experience using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Solid understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and prospect research.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities.
