1) Job Purpose
Lead end-to-end project management of utility-scale Wind and Solar projects by driving cross-functional coordination, resolving execution bottlenecks, and ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective project delivery. Based at the Head Office, the role partners with Site Construction Heads and key stakeholders through regular site visits to ensure seamless project execution and governance.

2) Job Context & Major Challenges
The role is responsible for managing multiple Wind and Solar projects simultaneously by coordinating across Engineering, Procurement,



Construction, Land Acquisition, Commercial, Finance, EHS, Quality, and O&M; teams.
Key challenges include driving alignment among multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely availability of land, materials, and statutory approvals, resolving execution bottlenecks, monitoring project progress, and ensuring projects are delivered within committed timelines and budgets without directly managing site construction.
The role requires a strong project management skilled with hands-on experience in utility-scale Wind and/or Solar projects. Candidates with only discipline engineering, project planning, or site construction backgrounds without overall project management responsibility will not fit the requirement.
