What You'll Do





Driver Onboarding & Activation

Conduct video and phone onboarding sessions with prospective drivers.
Guide drivers through documentation and compliance requirements.
Coordinate background verification, training, and account activation.
Ensure a smooth and qualified onboarding experience.

Live Logistics Operations

Monitor real-time delivery operations and driver performance.
Support drivers throughout their shifts via phone, chat, and internal tools.
Plan and optimise delivery routes for operational efficiency.
Resolve live delivery issues including delays, route changes, and operational escalations.

Driver Support

Handle driver queries relating to scheduling, payments, and operational support.
Escalate and track complex issues through to resolution.
Maintain adequate driver availability to support operational demand across multiple regions.
