About the Role:
As HRBP, you’ll be the go-to people partner for one or more business functions. You’ll sit close to the business, understand its unique rhythms - from launch cycles to inventory pressures to performance marketing sprints and translate that into sharp, pragmatic HR solutions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building processes from scratch as much as running them.





Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to function heads and managers on all people matters - org design, workforce planning, performance, and employee relations
Attend business reviews to stay close to goals, challenges, and headcount needs
Translate business priorities into people plans
Talent Lifecycle
Partner with Talent Acquisition to define role requirements and hiring plans for assigned functions Drive onboarding experience to ensure new hires ramp up quickly in a fast-paced D2C workplace
Own performance management cycles - goal-setting, mid-year/annual reviews, calibration
Employee Relations & Engagement
Be the first point of contact for employee concerns; resolve issues fairly and in line with policy
Run pulse checks, skip-levels, and stay interviews to gauge engagement, especially given lean team structures
Design and execute engagement initiatives suited to a y
