Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, presenting and demonstrating medical devices to healthcare professionals, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post-sale support.



The role involves maintaining robust customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing product information and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to plan sales strategies, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to forecasting and reporting. This position may also require delivering basic training and product orientations to customers and supporting after-sales follow-up.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
Customer Service and relationship-building skills to provide responsive support and maintain long-term client partnerships.
