About the Role
We're looking for ambitious and driven Property Consultants who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and helping customers make smart real estate investment decisions.
Whether you have experience in Hyderabad real estate, Channel Partner firms, or developer sales, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with one of the fastest-growing international real estate brands.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals and networking.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
Conduct project presentations,



property tours and site visits.
Build strong relationships with clients and investors.
Negotiate and close residential real estate transactions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Stay updated on market trends, new launches and competitor activity.
Consistently achieve individual sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Who We're Looking For
1–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Experience with Channel Partner firms, developers or residential sales is preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Customer-first mindset with a passion for sales.
Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven and eager to learn.
