About The Role

We are looking for a Media Buyer – VSL (Video Sales Letter) with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and direct-response advertising.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns driving traffic to VSL-based funnels. You should have a solid understanding of Meta Ads, funnel performance, audience behavior, and campaign economics, with a proven ability to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CPA and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for VSL funnels.
Drive high-quality and profitable traffic to VSL landing pages and conversion funnels.
Analyze campaign performance across the complete funnel — Ad → Landing Page → VSL → Checkout/Conversion.
Monitor key performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS, AOV, EPC, and overall profitability.
Scale winning campaigns, audiences, creatives, and GEOs while maintaining profitability.
Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, hooks, ad copy, audiences, placements,



and campaign structures.
Identify performance bottlenecks across the funnel and work with relevant teams to improve conversion rates.
Analyze VSL performance, including watch time, engagement, drop-off points, and conversion rates.
Manage and optimize daily/monthly advertising budgets based on campaign performance.
Develop and test new acquisition angles, audience segments, and creative concepts.
Monitor campaign trends and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with the Creative, Copy, and Funnel teams to develop high-performing VSL creatives and landing pages.
Maintain regular performance reports and communicate campaign insights, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Prior experience working with VSL funnels, direct-response campaig
