Responsibilities
• Work closely with project team to ensure activities are on track; flag blockers, scope-creeps and technical impediments so that likely delays are controlled
• Prepare detailed project plans that blend client requirements well with the company’s visions and co-ordinate across various teams to establish smooth execution during all phases of project
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Suggest improvements in systems & processes and assist technical team with issues
• Report continuously any issues, risks, or dependencies to avoid any impact to release timelines
• Daily meetings and follow up with team members on the open actions
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
