Key Responsibilities:
· Drive end-to-end business development activities independently within the domestic transport and
logistics sector.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market, focusing on FCL, container
movement, and fleet-based operations.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, manufacturers, and supply chain
stakeholders.
· Handle client calls, inquiries, and requirement gathering professionally.
· Coordinate closely with the Operations team for pricing, route planning, and service feasibility.
· Prepare and share competitive quotations aligned with market rates and operational costing.
· Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations and proactively address client queries to close deals.
· Demonstrate strong negotiation and convincing skills to convert leads into confirmed business.
· Manage vehicle sourcing from the market (hired fleet) as per client requirements.
· Ensure proper understanding of FCL movement, container operations, and fleet management
practices.
· Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business generation.
