Job Role: As an Associate Director in our TRS_IDT team, you'll spearhead positive relationships with both teams and clients, aiming to surpass expectations consistently.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and deliver strategic indirect tax solutions aligned with business objectives.




Business Development: Drive practice growth by identifying current opportunities, expanding client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.
Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on indirect tax laws, regulatory developments, and complex technical matters.
People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Engagement Management: Oversee complex client engagements, ensuring quality delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
Risk & Compliance: Manage indirect tax risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, firm policies, and governance standards.
Strategic Advisory: Advice clients on tax optimization, business restructuring, supply chain, and tax transformation initiatives.
Litigation & Representation: Lead complex tax litigation and represent clients before tax authorities and a
