About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in validating Salesforce implementations, customizations, integrations, and ensuring high-quality releases across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce solution

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and smoke testing.
Validate Salesforce configurations, including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Experience.
Test integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
Perform data validation and migration testing using Salesforce Data Loader, SOQL, and related tools.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.




Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Release Managers to ensure complete test coverage.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and release validation activities.
Develop and maintain reusable automated test scripts using Selenium, Provar, or other Salesforce testing frameworks.
Support CI/CD validation and release testing across multiple Salesforce environments.
Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing best practices, and quality processes.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and testing.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration testing, including Flows, Validation Rules, Apex, Custom Objects, Profiles, Permission S
