This is a 6-day working setup with Monday to Friday operating from office and Saturday as Work From Home (WFH).

About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on 3D Generalist who can create high-quality, real-time optimized 3D assets that power immersive AR, VR, XR, and web experiences. You'll work closely with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering teams to build visually compelling assets that balance artistic excellence with technical performance.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup setting, enjoys solving creative and technical challenges, and can own the complete 3D asset pipeline,



from concept and modeling to optimization and deployment. You'll play a key role in shaping the visual quality of Ctruh's immersive commerce platform while ensuring assets are production-ready, scalable, and optimized for real-time applications.

What You'll Own

Design and develop high-quality 3D models, product assets, environments, props, and scenes for AR, VR, XR, and web-based experiences.
Own the complete 3D asset pipeline including modeling, UV mapping, retopology, texturing, material creation, lighting, rendering, optimization, and export.
Create production-ready, real-time optimized assets that maintain high visual quality while meeting performance requirements across browsers and devices.
Build physically based rendering (PBR) materials and textures using industry-standard workflows and tools.
Develop immersive environments with strong composition, lighting, and visual storytelling principles.
