About The Role

Zuddl has crossed product-market fit, and we're entering a stage where the quality of our People function will determine how successfully we scale.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building exceptional teams while creating the operational foundation that enables them to thrive. This is a role for a builder, someone who can hire outstanding talent, simplify complex processes, and use AI to make the People function faster, smarter, and more scalable.

You'll partner closely with leaders across India, UAE, and the US,



balancing talent acquisition with People Operations while helping shape the employee experience from the first conversation to the last day.

Build exceptional teams. Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire outstanding talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Own the employee lifecycle. Manage onboarding, payroll, documentation, compliance, exit, and employee operations with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
Build systems that scale. Continuously improve processes, automate repetitive work, and leverage AI to create a People function that's efficient, scalable, and future-ready.
Strengthen our culture. Help create meaningful employee experiences, support managers, and ensure every interaction reflects the values and culture we're building.
