About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, organized marketing generalist to help run the day-to-day engine behind the Harvest brand. You will keep our social content calendar on track, build real relationships with influencers and media, run basic paid campaigns,
and keep our external partners and internal systems in sync — all while staying on top of how AI tools can help us move faster.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants broad exposure across marketing functions early in their career.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
• Plan and maintain the content calendar across platforms
• Create content — shooting, sourcing, and coordinating photo/video assets for posts, reels, and stories
• Write on-brand copy for posts and captions, ensuring consistency with brand voice and standards
• Coordinate boosting of posts and basic ad promotion
Influencer Outreach
• Identify and reach out to relevant influencers and creators
• Build and manage ongoing relationships, negotiate collaborations, and track deliverables
PR Outreach
• Support outreach and communication with media contacts and publications
• Help draft PR materials and follow up on coverage
Paid Media
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager — settin
