About The Role
At BlackSoil Capital, we back India's most ambitious founders through venture debt - and we're growing the team that powers our investment decisions. We're looking for a sharp credit professional to join our FS Investment & Credit team.
What You'll Do
Lead in-depth credit analysis across financials, cash flows, and capital structures.
Support end-to-end due diligence — business model evaluation, management meetings, site visits, and industry research.
Contribute to credit memos for Investment Committee presentations.
Monitor portfolio performance and maintain credit & risk reports.
Work closely with senior team members to sharpen credit frameworks.
What We're Looking For
4–6 years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, or private credit.
Prior exposure to the BFSI sector.
Solid analytical mindset with an eye for risk.
