Institutional Real Estate Advisory (Hospitality & Education)
Role Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, deal-driven Senior Manager / Manager – Institutional Real Estate Advisory to head our Hospitality & Education verticals. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and closing high-value property opportunities (greenfield land,



brownfield projects, outright purchase, lease, or Joint Ventures) tailored to the expansion strategies of top-tier hotel chains and leading K-12/higher-education school brands.

Department: Institutional Land & Commercial Advisory
Key Responsibilities
1. Hospitality Sector Advisory (Hotels & Resorts)
Brand Acquisition & Site Selection: Scout, curate, and secure prime commercial land parcels, existing hotel assets, or redevelopment properties for boutique, mid-scale, and luxury hotel chains.
Deal Structuring: Drive transaction models suitable for hotel operators, including long-term leases, revenue-share models, management contracts, and outright land acquisitions.
Property Assessment: Analyze zoning, FAR/FSI regulations, licensing feasibility, and accessibil
