This is a 6-day working setup with Monday to Friday operating from office and Saturday as Work From Home (WFH).

About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Director of Engineering to lead the technology vision, architecture, and engineering execution behind Ctruh's AI, 3D, and XR platform. This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building products as much as building teams—combining deep technical expertise with strong engineering leadership.

Unlike a traditional management role, you'll remain deeply involved in coding, system architecture, and solving complex technical challenges while leading high-performing engineering teams.



As the organization scales, this role offers a clear path toward becoming the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), taking ownership of the company's long-term technology strategy.

What You'll Own

Define and drive the long-term technical vision, architecture, and engineering roadmap for Ctruh's AI, 3D, XR, and cloud platforms.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML services, and real-time graphics platforms.
Remain hands-on by writing production-quality code, reviewing critical pull requests, debugging complex systems, and solving mission-critical engineering challenges.
Lead the development of scalable backend services, contemporary frontend applications, AI-powered products, WebGL/Three.js workflows, and cloud-native infrastructure.
Design high-performance rendering pipelines, 3D asset processing systems, real-time architectures,
