What You'll Own
SEO & Organic Growth
• Own and scale DynaTech's organic growth strategy across key markets and solution areas.
• Drive Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and International SEO initiatives.
• Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits and content prospect mapping.
• Improve organic visibility, rankings, qualified traffic and lead generation.
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs and similar platforms to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Explore emerging opportunities around AI Search, Generative Search and LLM visibility.
Website & Digital Experience
• Own the performance and continuous evolution of the DynaTech website.
• Work with internal teams and developers to improve website structure, content, UX, navigation, CTAs and landing pages.
• Identify opportunities to make the website more engaging, intuitive and conversion-focused.
• Drive website improvements based on user behavior, analytics and business priorities.




• Ensure website content and experiences are optimized for both search engines and users.
CRO & Growth Optimization
• Build and manage a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap.
• Analyze user journeys, funnels and visitor behavior to identify conversion opportunities.
• Drive A/B testing, landing page optimization, CTA optimization, form optimization and user journey improvements.
• Turn insights into experiments and experiments into measurable improvements.
ABM & Demand Generation
• Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for high-value target accounts.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to identify target industries, accounts, personas and opportunities.
• Create digital journeys and campaigns tailored to specific accounts, industries and solutions.
• Drive demand generation through a combination of SEO, content, paid campaigns, email, ABM and other digital channels.
