The Lead Assistant Manager, Global Rewards (Equity Operations), is responsible
for supporting the administration and operational delivery of EXL's global
equity compensation programs, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs),
Performance RSUs (PRSUs), and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). The role
partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax, and external vendors to
ensure accurate processing, reporting, compliance, employee support, and data
management for equity programs globally.
