We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Media Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue generation across the media and advertising ecosystem. The role focuses on acquiring new brands and advertisers, developing strategic client relationships, and driving media sales across formats including OOH, digital, print, and radio.
The ideal candidate will have strong media and advertising sales experience, a proven ability to build pipelines and close high-value deals, and a consultative approach to understanding client objectives and developing customized media solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end media sales and advertising sales across OOH, digital, print, radio, and other media formats.
Identify, prospect, and onboard new brands, advertisers, and business partners.




Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing leaders, media planners, advertising agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Understand client marketing objectives and recommend relevant media and advertising solutions.
Lead sales presentations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Develop proposals, commercial plans, and customized media solutions aligned with client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to structure deals, obtain approvals, and ensure smooth execution.
Monitor campaign and deal performance and maintain strong post-sale client relationships.
