Job Summary
Iglaps Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in Domestic IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in acquiring new clients, generating staffing requirements, building long-term business relationships, and driving revenue growth within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for Domestic IT Staffing and Recruitment Services.
Generate business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures.




Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract signing and account management.
Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and pricing with clients.
Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure quality candidate delivery within agreed timelines.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track all activities using CRM tools.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business development reports.
Meet assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands across industries.
Required Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing Business Development.
Proven experience in acquiring clients for Permanent, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire hiring.
Robust understanding of IT recruitment and staffing processes in India.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
