We are looking for an experienced Senior IT HR Executive who can independently manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle while supporting our growing workforce and technical hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee orientation.




Manage employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and statutory documentation.
Prepare HR letters including appointment letters, experience letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
HR Operations
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Support HR audits and maintain confidential employee information.
Performance & Employee Engagement
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and employee feedback processes.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
Resolve employee queries and support grievance handling professionally.
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
