Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Delhi. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Vision Cure’s retina-focused ophthalmic devices, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up with potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and eye care centers. The role includes conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitive trends, preparing and delivering product presentations,



and supporting demonstrations in coordination with technical teams. The Sales Business Development professional will maintain strong customer relationships, handle inquiries, provide post-sale support in collaboration with service teams, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. The individual will also work closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and achieve sales targets.
