The Presales Solution Architect is a highly motivated and customer-focused to lead undertaking solutioning, architecture, commercial proposals, and technical sales engagements across enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to design compelling solutions, develop winning proposals, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.
The role requires expertise in cloud, data, analytics, AI/GenAI, managed services, and digital transformation, along with the ability to translate complex business challenges into creative and commercially viable winning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical, solution, and commercial responses for RFI, RFP, RFQ, and tender engagements.
Architect complex, multi-tower managed services, support agreements, AMS engagements, and staffing models.
Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives, challenges, and transformation goals, translating them into actionable solution strategies.
Design solution architectures,



operating models, service frameworks, Statements of Work (SOWs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and implementation roadmaps. Ensure finalization of SOWs, scope boundaries, assumptions, dependencies, and partner workshare models.
Conduct onsite and virtual discovery workshops, design-thinking sessions, and solution envisioning engagements with customers and partners.
Develop solution prototypes, proof of concepts (PoCs), and use-case demonstrations in collaboration with engineering and delivery teams.
Validate technical feasibility and delivery readiness with engineering, delivery, and service line teams before proposal submission.
Translate solution estimates into pricing models, commercial structures, and competitive bid responses.
Develop effort estimation models using Function Point Analysis, T-Shirt sizing, productivity-based estimation, and historical benchmarking.
