looking for a smart, organized and proactive Junior Marketing Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.
This is an execution-focused marketing role. You will work closely with our marketing leadership to execute ongoing marketing, research, outreach and business development activities.
We will provide direction and objectives, but we are looking for someone who does not need every task broken down step-by-step. You should be comfortable researching things yourself, organizing information, following up with people, maintaining trackers and figuring out practical ways to complete assigned objectives.
If you're someone who likes getting things done, is comfortable working with Excel and online tools, and can use your own judgment when required, we'd like to hear from you.





What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
Executing marketing activities and campaigns based on the company's marketing plan.
Conducting online market, company and competitor research.
Researching potential customers, companies and relevant decision-makers.
Building, cleaning and maintaining prospect and marketing databases.
Working extensively with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for trackers, databases and basic analysis.
Supporting LinkedIn, email and other outreach activities.
Maintaining marketing calendars, campaign trackers and follow-up lists.
Coordinating with designers, engineers and other team members to get marketing material completed.
Following up on pending tasks instead of waiting for someone else to chase them.
Assisting with website, social media and content-related activities.
Preparing basic presentations, reports and marketing documents.
