About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our growing Admissions team.
In this role, you'll connect with professionals interested in advancing their careers, understand their aspirations, and guide them toward the leadership program best suited to their goals.
This is a consultative sales role where your ability to build trust and create meaningful conversations is just as key as achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads and generate business through strategic outbound calling.
Understand customer goals and recommend the most suitable leadership programs.
Conduct consultative sales conversations and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Follow up consistently with prospective participants throughout the decision-making journey.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Program teams to maximize campaign conversions.
