Role Description The Presales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Presales Executive will be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team with relevant information, presentations, and proposals. Daily tasks include conducting follow-ups with prospects, coordinating site visits, understanding client requirements,



and aligning them with suitable residential and commercial property solutions. The role involves preparing and assisting with RFP responses, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates. The Presales Executive will also handle initial customer queries, provide professional customer service, and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active client.
Qualifications
Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients, presenting offerings, and coordinating with internal teams.
Sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience supporting or driving real estate or services sales.
