Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for the agency by acquiring new clients across advertising, branding, digital marketing, and technology solutions. The role involves identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, conducting client meetings, understanding business requirements, preparing proposals, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of advertising and digital marketing services. The candidate will work closely with the Creative, Client Servicing, Digital Marketing, and Operations teams to develop customized solutions that align with client objectives while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking,



referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outbound sales activities.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across advertising, branding, digital marketing, web development, SEO, performance marketing, social media, and creative services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and agency capability pitches.
Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable marketing and advertising solutions.
Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and presentations in coordination with internal teams.
Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired clients to the Client Servicing team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture long-term business relationships.
