About the Role:

In this role, you will be at the heart of our most beloved kids & family brands - Nickelodeon, Sonic, and Nick Jr. You will play a pivotal role in bringing our shows, characters to life by executing multi-channel promotional campaigns, driving digital content growth, and analyzing what makes our audience tick. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Rollout: Support the end-to-end rollout for specific media titles, shows, and digital platforms. Ensure tight schedules are maintained and assets are delivered on time for all multi-channel promotional campaigns.
Social Media & Content Creation: Ideation and creation of engaging, brand-protected content for our social media pages, driving platform-specific content growth
Brand Solutions & Ad Sales Support: Partner with the ad sales, brand solutions teams to ideate, co-ordinate,



create pitch decks and execute innovative, brand-safe client integrations and sponsorships across our platforms.
Partnerships & Brand Collaborations: Scout, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships and external brand collaborations in alignment with the manager, ad sales objectives and overarching brand goals
Cross-Functional Coordination: Assist the manager and Act as the central hub co-ordinating with PR, social media, creative design, media planning agencies and ad sales teams to ensure unified, high-impact campaign launches.
Platform & OTT Optimization: Monitor content performance across streaming/OTT services and social channels. Manage metadata and optimize promotions to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Track viewership trends, key performance metrics (KPIs), and competitor strategies. Analyze audience engagement data to refine ongoing pitches and execute m
