About the Role
We are looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to own and enhance our digital customer experience across our ecommerce platform, website, landing pages, and digital channels.
This role combines creative design, UX strategy, ecommerce optimization, and data-driven decision-making to create engaging, conversion-focused experiences for a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Design intuitive and premium digital experiences
✅ Create wireframes, prototypes, UI designs, and design systems
✅ Optimize Shopify Plus website experiences and customer journeys
✅ Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Development teams
✅ Use analytics tools to improve usability and conversion rates
✅ Create digital assets, landing pages, and marketing creatives




✅ Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows

Requirements
✔ 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in ecommerce
✔ Strong Shopify Plus experience
✔ Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
✔ Experience with UX research, usability testing, and CRO
✔ Robust understanding of responsive design and design systems
✔ Knowledge of GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar tools
✔ Working knowledge of HTML/CSSand basic JavaScript (preferred).
✔ Strong command of American English.
✔ Experience with luxury, fashion, jewelry, or premium brands is preferred
