Job Title-Google AdWords Advertiser / PPC Specialist (WFO)

Job Description: We are seeking a performance-driven Google AdWords Advertiser / PPC Specialist to create, manage, and optimize high-converting paid campaigns across Google Ads and other PPC platforms. You will be responsible for full-funnel campaign execution—from keyword research and audience targeting to bid optimization and performance analysis—aimed at achieving measurable business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Call-Only, and Performance Max.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to drive campaign relevance and efficiency. • Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate with design teams to create engaging visual assets.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Implement and refine bidding strategies, budget allocations, and audience segmentation.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.




• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and conversion pixels.
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio (Data Studio).
• Stay up-to-date with Google Ads algorithm changes, current features, and industry trends to implement innovative campaign strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the SEO, content, design, and marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment and cohesive customer journeys.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign tracking, ad disapprovals, or conversion discrepancies.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
• Experience with PPC automation tools, scripts, and budge
