Responsibilities Include

Own end-to-end SW program delivery – from scoping and planning through integration, verification, and customer ramp.
Work across Design, Marketing, Systems & Applications to align the SW scope and schedule needs as well as the priorities driving the tradeoff choices within the development cycle as the need arises
Build and maintain program schedules; track milestones,



monitor and manage external dependencies(including other functions and third parties), surface risks early, and drive resolution of blocking issues across teams.
Coordinate development dependencies between various SW teams - middleware, tools, verification, and application engineering teams.
Serve as the primary interface to customers for SW release plans, delivery commitments, and issue escalations.
Drive ASPICE compliance across SW projects; prepare teams for internal and third-party audits, enable any necessary certifications.
Lead program reviews and status reporting to senior leadership; translate engineering progress into clear, decision-ready summaries.
Partner with technical leads to scope recent feature requests, estimate effort, and align resource capacity with roadmap commitments.
Identify process inefficiencies in the SW delivery flow and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
