Worldwide Travel Network is looking for an experienced, results-driven Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to join our team remotely from India.

You must have proven hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads for a travel company, tour operator, airline, hotel, cruise company or online travel agency. Applications without travel-industry experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and remarketing
Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Generate high-quality travel leads and bookings at an efficient cost
Manage daily budgets and continuously improve ROAS, cost per lead and conversion rates
Build campaigns for holidays, tours, cruise holidays and travel offers
Carry out keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis
Create and test ad copy, headlines, creative briefs and landing-page recommendations
Monitor performance daily and identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns




Set up and maintain conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
Produce transparent weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations
Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and booking conversion
Essential Experience and Skills
Proven experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads
Previous paid-media experience within the travel industry is essential
Solid understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
Experience managing substantial daily advertising budgets
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Experience with Meta Pixel, conversion APIs and conversion tracking
Able to analyse campaign data and make decisions based on ROAS, CPA, CPL and conversion rates
Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to work independently in a remote role
Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment
