About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Influencer Marketing Lead who can independently plan, execute, and scale influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram and YouTube for multiple rapid-growing consumer brands.
This role is ideal for someone who understands creator marketing beyond just outreach — someone who can strategically plan budgets, estimate views/reach, manage CPM targets, drive quality traffic to Amazon and brand websites, and lead a team efficiently.
You will take ownership of influencer marketing operations, campaign execution, creator partnerships, reporting, and team management.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram & YouTube
* Plan monthly influencer marketing strategies for multiple brands
* Build campaigns based on target reach, CPM, engagement & conversion goals
* Manage and mentor a team of 5+ influencer marketing executives
* Identify, shortlist,



negotiate and onboard relevant creators
* Drive traffic to Amazon, Flipkart & brand websites through creator campaigns
* Build long-term creator partnerships and affiliate collaborations
* Coordinate with content, design & marketplace teams for campaign execution
* Track campaign performance including:
* CPM
* Reach
* Engagement
* CTR
* Traffic
* Conversions
* ROI
* Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers and reporting systems
* Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines and budgets
* Stay updated with Instagram & YouTube algorithm trends

Ideal Candidate
* 3–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
* Experience handling Instagram & YouTube creator campaigns at scale
* Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics and CPM planning
* Experience managing influencer marketing teams
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience working with D2C, E-comm
