Role Description

Member of Finance & Ops staff is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Working closely with the founding team, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, payroll, expense tracking, bank reconciliation, and financial records. You will coordinate with accountants, legal counsel, company secretaries, banks, payroll providers, and other external partners across our India–US operations. The role also includes company administration, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, purchasing, travel, and running the physical workspace—including supplies, equipment, access, facilities, and local service providers. You will help develop dependable internal processes as the company grows.

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in finance, administration, accounting, or startup operations.




Experience working directly with founders and partner-led teams across India–US startup structures, regulatory execution, and compliance.
Experience coordinating with accountants, legal advisers, company secretaries, banks, and payroll providers.
Working knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, balance sheets, cash flow, GST, and TDS.
Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software.
Solid proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent organization, communication, discretion, and follow-through.
Fluency in Kannada and English; Kannada is required.
Experience using chatgpt, claude, or similar AI agents/tools to automate repetitive work, organize information, and improve finance and administrative workflows.
Experience or comfort handling logistics, managing prompt communication, scheduling meetings, and maintaining warm touchpoints with prospective hires.
B.Com, BBA, or equivalen
