About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage and support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally, Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor payments, vendor reconciliation, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Process and track vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.
Perform vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, ledgers, and outstanding balances.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions in Tally.
Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Verify invoices and ensure proper accounting and documentation.
Handle GST-related accounting and compliance activities, including data preparation, reconciliation, and timely filing support.
Manage TDS-related activities, including deduction, reconciliation, documentation, and timely payment/filing support.
Ensure timely completion of applicable statutory and tax compliances.
Support company audits by preparing required documents, schedules, reconciliations, and financial records.
Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders during the audit process.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare accounting reports and statements as required.
