Content & Copy Writer (Brand & Video-First)

About the Role
We're looking for a Content & Copy Writer who can genuinely sell - someone who understands that great copy isn't decoration, it's persuasion. This isn't a role for someone who writes captions and calls it a day. We need a writer who thinks in narratives, hooks, and scroll-stopping angles- someone who can turn a brand brief into a copy that converts, and then turn that copy into a creative vision our design and video team can bring to life.
If you've never scaled a campaign, driven engagement, or seen your words move a metric -this role isn't for you. We're looking for someone who's done it before and is hungry to do it again, faster and better.

What You'll Do
● Write copy that sells - across websites, landing pages, ads, email, social captions, and brand campaigns with a explicit voice, sharp hooks, and a bias toward conversion.




● Conceptualize video and social content -come up with ideas, scripts, and story arcs for Reels, Shorts, and campaign videos that are built to stop the scroll.
● Collaborate with designers and video editors -translate your written concepts into visual briefs, storyboards, and shot ideas so the creative team can execute your vision, not just your words.
● Own the brand voice across multiple platforms and formats, adapting tone for different audiences without losing consistency.
● Work at speed -manage multiple briefs, tight deadlines, and last-minute pivots without dropping quality.
● Bring a point of view - pitch content ideas and campaign angles proactively, rather than waiting to be briefed line by line.

What We're Looking For
● Proven experience scaling a marketing campaign -you should be able to show us real results: growth, engagement, conversions, reach. Portfolio and numbers matter more than job titles.
