Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Inside Sales to lead our Lead Generation and Demand Generation initiatives for the U.S. market.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in B2B outbound sales prospecting, with hands-on expertise in cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and multi-channel outbound campaigns. The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified sales opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline,



and lead a high-performing inside sales team responsible for demand generation.
This is a leadership role that combines individual contribution and team management. The candidate will actively drive outbound prospecting while mentoring the team, improving campaign performance, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve lead generation and demand generation targets.
Drive outbound prospecting campaigns across the U.S. market using:
Cold Calling
Cold Email Campaigns
LinkedIn Outreach
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Other outbound prospecting channels
Identify target accounts and engage decision-makers, including C-level executives, Directors, and Business Heads.
Generate high-quality qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Sales and Business Development teams.
Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequence
