The Role
As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, you will work directly with the Founder on some of SBNRI’s most critical business priorities.
This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role spanning strategy, wealth, growth, product and execution.
You could be identifying a new revenue opportunity today, designing a business model tomorrow, and launching a new market the next.
There is no fixed playbook. You will be expected to build it.

What You'll Own
Business Building:



Take new opportunities from 0 → 1, validate, launch and scale them.
Revenue & Growth: Identify current revenue pools, pricing models, partnerships and distribution opportunities.
Wealth & Fintech: Understand NRI wealth behaviour and identify opportunities across banking, investments, taxation and wealth management.
Strategic Expansion: Evaluate and launch new markets, products and growth engines.
Founder’s Office: Work directly with the Founder on high-impact, ambiguous business problems.
Cross-Border Growth: Build solutions for Global Indians across markets and financial ecosystems.

What We're Looking For
4–6 years of experience in wealth-tech, fintech, neo-banking, payments or consumer platforms.
Strong understanding of wealth, financial products and consumer financial behaviour.
Proven ability to build revenue, growth or new business initiatives.
Strong preference for wealth-tech / fintech / neo-ban
