Essential Job Functions:

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for leading and managing the Customer Service team to deliver an outstanding customer experience through productive order management, timely communication, and prompt resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.





The CSM oversees the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service function, establishes and maintains service standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be the primary point of contact and responsible for the following functions:

Customer Service Operations
Distribution Management
Logistics Coordination
Inventory and Stock Management
Sample Management
Export Order Management and Drop Shipment Coordination

The CSM will act as the key coordinator between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouses, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, Transporters, and major external customers to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and timely resolution of all customer-related issues.
