We are looking for an experienced Zoho One Automation Specialist to design and implement a fully integrated automation system for an automotive parts business.

The role involves configuring Zoho CRM as the central system and integrating it with internal Zoho applications and external platforms such as Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to streamline sales, operations, and customer support workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage Zoho CRM as the central data hub (leads, deals, customers, orders)

Integrate Shopify with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory

Automate order processing, invoicing, inventory updates, and customer data sync

Capture and automate leads from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Implement lead scoring, assignment rules, and follow-up workflows

Set up and integrate Zoho Desk for customer support and ticket automation

Configure Zoho FSM and Zoho Assist for service and remote support workflows

Implement Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory for finance and stock management automation

Build and integrate Zoho Forms for lead capture and service requests





Develop workflows using Zoho Flow / Zapier and custom logic via Deluge scripting

Optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with Zoho One ecosystem

Strong expertise in Zoho CRM (mandatory)

Hands-on experience with:

Zoho Desk, Books, Inventory, FSM, Assist, Forms

Experience integrating Shopify

Experience with social media lead automation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Familiarity with Zoho Flow / Zapier

Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and customer lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in automotive parts, eCommerce, or retail industry

Knowledge of multi-channel sales and support workflows

Experience with Deluge scripting

Exposure to high-volume order processing environments

What We Looking For

Proven Shopify + Zoho integrations
