Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate – Digital Marketing to join our agile team. This role is central to the successful execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and monthly campaign roadmaps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from build and testing to deployment and performance monitoring.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of campaign assets prior to deployment.




- Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily to ensure timely delivery and optimal results.
- Uphold SLA compliance and drive continuous improvement in campaign operational efficiency. Requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing (MBA/PGDM – Marketing) with a 2026 passing year.
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks throughout academic career.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps (preferred).
- Willingness to work in international time zones (US/UK).
- Commitment to remain with the organization for a minimum of 2 years.
- Immediate availability to join.
