1. YouTube Channel Management & Growth Strategy

- Channel Operations: Oversee video uploads, metadata management, playlist organization, end-screens, cards, and community tab updates.

- YouTube SEO: Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and custom thumbnails to maximize CTR (Click-Through Rate) and search visibility.

- Performance Optimization: Analyze A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and audience retention graphs via YouTube Studio to iterate on future content.

- Shorts Strategy: repurpose long-form video content into engaging YouTube Shorts to drive top-of-funnel reach and channel subscriber growth.

2. Multi-Platform Social Media Execution

- Content Scheduling: Maintain a dynamic social media content calendar covering all core platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn & Youtube).

- Cross-Platform Copywriting: Craft platform-tailored, engaging captions, post teasers, and carousels that match our brand tone of voice.

- Trend & Viral Content Monitoring: Track digital marketing trends, platform updates, and viral formats to quickly produce timely, relevant content.

3. Community Management & Audience Building

- Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions across YouTube and social channels to build an active, loyal community.

- Moderation: Maintain positive community standards and address customer inquiries or feedback promptly.

Basic Video Editing & Graphic Production

- Repurposing Content: Trim long-form video clips into engaging clips/reels for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

- Asset Creation: Design engaging thumbnail concepts, basic graphics, and story assets using tools like Adobe Premiere, Canva, or Photoshop.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Strategy Adjustments

- Metric Tracking: Monitor weekly and monthly performance KPIs (views, watch time, subscriber gain, engagement rate, CTR, and referral traffic).

- Reporting: Prepare digestible performance reports with actionable insights for internal leadership.

Qualifications & Key Skills

- Experience: 1–4+ years of hands-on experience managing and growing brand YouTube channels and social media profiles.

- YouTube Mastery: In-depth working knowledge of YouTube Studio, YouTube SEO, algorithm ranking factors, retention metrics, and monetization policies.

- Platform Expertise: Proven track record of managing business accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn & Youtube

- Tool Proficiency:

- Video/Graphics: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, or Canva.

- Social Management: Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, or Sprinklr.

- SEO/Analytics: TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics.

- Copywriting: Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills tailored to digital media formats.

- Organization: Ability to manage tight production deadlines, multi-platform posting schedules, and content calendars simultaneously.
