Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate onboarding, training and daily activities of YASHODARSHIS
- Assign students, assessments and strengthening activities
- Prepare evaluation and review schedules
- Track student progress, reports and evaluation quality
- Ensure timely completion of evaluations and reports
- Coordinate communication between YASHODARSHIS, students, parents, institutions and internal teams
- Monitor adherence to evaluation standards and timelines
- Organise review meetings, training sessions and performance discussions
- Resolve routine coordination issues and escalate operational concerns
- Maintain attendance, trackers and performance reports
- Support YASHODARSHIS in delivering a high-quality student experience

Preferred Skills
- Strong coordination and relationship-management skills
- Excellent communication in Kannada, English and Hindi
- Strong planning, documentation and follow-up skills




- Ability to manage multiple people and activities simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and accountability
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and online coordination tools
- Experience in education, academic coordination, training, counselling, HR coordination or EdTech is preferred
- Preference will be given to Kannadiga candidates

Annual CTC: Up to ₹10 Lakhs (CTC including Performance-Linked Incentives - PLI)

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work From Home Preferred
