Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using various tools such as Core Connector, EIB, PECI.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

- Develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday to provide insights to stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot issues related to integration between different systems using debugging techniques.

Job Requirements :

- 3-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.

- Robust understanding of Workday functional modules (Core HCM) including Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking etc.

- Proficiency in developing integrations using various tools like Core Connector, EIB, PECI.
